How to cook BANG BANG Shrimp on the Blackstone Griddle | Copycat Recipes - Bonefish Grill
On this episode of the Griddle Food Network we cook bang bang shrimp on the blackstone griddle using copycat recipes from the Bonefish Grill.
Prepared the Bonefish Grill appetizer, Bang Bang Shrimp on the 36'' Blackstone Griddle.
Bang Bang Sauce Recipe:
1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup of Sweat Thai Chili
1/4 Teaspoon of Siracha
1LB of Shrimp (deveined & shelled)
Soak in Buttermilk for minimum of 15 Minutes. After soaking, strain the shrimp and toss them in a corn starch. Throw the shrimp on the griddle. Make sure the griddle temp is around 400 degrees.
