Winter Chicken Laying and 2021 Chicken Goals

Why aren't my chickens laying in the winter? Chickens do slow down and even stop laying in the winter if you are in a colder, darker climate because they are using their energy to keep warm and less light causes them to stop for a time.
We have some goals for the coming year with our Sussex Chickens especially.
