Reserve Marines Support Exercise Raven 22-5

May 13, 2022 - U.S. Marines assigned to Golf Company, 2nd Battalion, 24th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, Marine Forces Reserve conducted a simulated-fire raid during exercise Raven 22-5 in Lacombe, Louisiana. Raven is a routine exercise that tests Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) Marines with realistic training scenarios that maintains a readiness posture against the various situations they may encounter while deployed. Reserve Marines from 24th Marine Regiment trained alongside MARSOC during exercise Raven 22-5 by assisting as a partnered force during the simulated raid.
