This course focuses on the fundamentals of nutrition, which are critical for good health, athletic performance, and overall well-being! It includes the following topics:
Protein, carbohydrates, and fat are the three macronutrients.
Calories and kilojoules are two types of energy.
Vitamins and minerals are micronutrients.
Bicarbonate soda, creatine, and caffeine are all legal sports supplements.
You’ll not only discover what’s in the food you consume every day, but you’ll also learn how to adjust your diet to meet your own objectives, whether they’re to lose weight, gain muscle, run faster, play better sports, have more energy, or just be healthier in general!
