Trevynn Conley and Clarence Wright pull into the parking spot next to Josh Stewart and Matt Turpin.

According to the family of Mr. Conley,

"Within 3 seconds of pulling up, you will see Josh Stewart lunge out his car and shoot into the car which also hit my brother in his LEFT shoulder. As you see, Clarence took of running into the opposite direction, as someone in FEAR FOR THEIR LIFE would do!! You also see a man running behind the building, right after this happened.

What happened to Josh Stewart’s gun???? The detectives NEVER searched around this crime scene for a gun from Josh or Matt, never tested their hands for gun shot residue, never searched their car thoroughly! None of that! They assumed from the jump that Tre & Clarence were criminals! Also, my brother drove himself to the hospital, and they continued to say he “fled” the scene! Yeah, for HELP!!! AND the DA keeps stating that Clarence shot Tre, in his LEFT shoulder. Please tell me how that is possible!!! It’s not!! "

Treyvnn Conley was convicted of 1st Degree Murder and sentenced to Life in prison and Clarence Wright was convicted of 2nd Degree Murder and senteced to 28 years in prison.
