Herbs & supplements for third eye psychic abilities (More info in description below)

Bacopa - great herb for third eye psychic abilities. It is great for memory, but must be taken daily over time to have noticeable effects. The energetic effects on the upper part of the aura and mental clarity are subtle but can be felt immediately along with a general heightened awareness. Make sure to get the water to a full boil before adding it to the tea and let it sit for a good long time! Let it steep in the water for at least 10 minutes! I find that the effect is not as strong when it doesn't brew that way. This herb is also known as Brahmi, but gotu kola is also sometimes referred to as brahmi as well which is also a great herb, but more for the physical body than the psychic awareness.
Nasya - nasya oil the is oil dripped in the nose with the head tilted all the way back as described in video. I buy it from Banyan Botanicals which can be found online. Calamus is the herb of interest here that stimulates and wakes up the third eye in a gentle way similar to chai tea on a cold day.
