On June 1st, Oracle announced that all required antitrust approvals have been obtained for its proposed acquisition of Cerner, a leading provider of digital information systems used within hospitals and health systems. Oracle completed the acquisition of Cerner as of today, June 7th. Infor announced that it has entered into a technology partnership with Everstream Analytics, the global supply chain insights and risk analytics company, to help organizations better anticipate and navigate supply chain risks and disruptions. Through this partnership, Infor will integrate Everstream’s end-to-end supply chain risk assessment and monitoring data with its Infor Nexus multi-enterprise business network platform. Salesforce announced results for its first quarter fiscal 2023 ended April 30, 2022. First quarter revenue was $7.41 billion, up 24% year-over-year, with Operating Cash Flow at $3.68 billion, up 14% year-over-year.
