This is the consecration of Aaron and his sons for the priesthood. We do not lose sight of the fact in typology of the picture made in Aaron of our sinless High Priest in Jesus Christ and in the consecration of "men" as priests as we sinners saved by grace through faith in the Gospel of Christ are made a "nation of priests"!
