The Significance of the Body

In this video, I share an excerpt from “Rays of Light” which is of foundational importance to us all in regards to the ascension process.

The excerpt goes as follows:

“The body is the root that influences the layers that are above it. In the event that the body is ready and pure, it will elevate, and if the body is faulty and corrupt, all the spiritual abundance will be sealed, blocked, hidden and buried. This is the difference between Light and darkness. There is no wholeness for the soul without the body; a healthy body.”

Make sure to take care of your body! Ultimately, it is the foundation that must be strong and healthy in order to spiritually ascend and reach higher vibrations of being!
