Emergency Water Filter Straws
Sharpening Stone for Knives
550 Bungee Cord for securing additional items to your pack.
Plastic Spork
Kevlar Shoe Laces (Can be used to cut bindings)
Ziplock: Fresh socks, underwear, T-shirt, scarf
Ziplock: Toiletries - towels, shaving kit, toothpaste, toothbrush, soap
Firestarter kit
Can Opener
Plastic Mess Kit
Med Pack (with tourniquet)
Plastic collapsible bowl
3 bottle of water
3 day supply of MRI’s
Rain parka or poncho

45 lbs / 20 kg total approximate weight
Water is heavy. Emergency filter straws or hand pump filter as an alternative if you live in area with ample water supply.
