Thank You, Africa

Recently, 47 member nations of AFRO (one of the W.H.O.'s global regions) opposed the Pandemic Treaty. We asked the Universe if they would stand firm as the W.H.O. revises the treaty to bring forward again, with the expected efforts (coercion, payoff, blackmail) to change those opposing votes, and will more nations stand with the Fabulous 47 in the future?
