Ukraine war: US weapons fired at the frontline in eastern Donetsk region

The M-777 howitzer consignment from the United States is part of a huge outlay of weapons from Washington to help Ukraine fend off Russia's invasion, which began on Feb. 24. The United States and other countries have provided Ukraine with heavy weapons. Ukraine said howitzers and other weapon systems are needed to fight back against Russian artillery.
