A very simple cookie recipe that will delight all

1/2 Cup of Sugar
100g Butter
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Vanilla essence
1 1/2 Cups Self-Raising Flour

Method
1. Add sugar, butter, egg and vanilla, cream or beat till fluffy
2. Add flour and mix till it all combined
3. Taking a teaspoon size of the mix roll into balls and place on try
4. Place Smarties on top of the balls
5. Pre-heat your oven to 180C and cook for 10-12 minutes
6. Remove from oven and place on cooling try then consume
