How To Let Google Workspace Directory Users Change Their Profile Information | G Suite Tutorials

In this video, I’ll show you how to let directory users change their profile information in Google Workspace.
Login with admin.google.com with your administrator account.
Go to directory settings.
Click profile editing.
Check “Photo”. This will allow users to customize their public profile photo.
Click “Save”.
You can sign out your admin console.
From now on, any users in your organisation can change their profile photos by themselves.
Login to myaccount.google.com
Click “Personal Photo”, then Click “Profile Photo”.
After that “Upload your photo”.
You can crop, rotate or adjust your photo.
When you feel satisfied with your adjustments, click ‘Set as profile photo’.
Now your public profile photo is live.
