Should This Senator Be Investigated?

This morning, just before 2am, authorities stopped an assassination attempt on Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. The suspect was minutes away from breaking into Kavanaugh’s home and murdering him. Senator Chuck Schumer’s rhetoric, threatening, “I want to tell you Kavanaugh. You have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions,” led to this. Why isn’t he being investigated?
