I’ve gotten a TON of backlash from Feminists on Instagram, Facebook, Reddit and YouTube for my position on marriage as a protective institution for mothers. I don’t mean to sound aggressive lol, I just get hype about this because I worked as a midwife, birth doula, and I’ve supported teen mothers, Spanish speaking women, women from at risk environments, and I’ve seen the devastation of single motherhood first hand. I’m also a mother of 4, so this is personal.
