I lost 60 pounds in the past 6 months by making the big healthy lifestyle change = NO PROCESSED SUGAR.

My two favorite foods?
1. Dandelion: health benefits include lowering blood pressure and assisting with addressing inflammation
2. Arugula: same as dandelion I think

My 2 cents on fermented foods:
Also, eat fermented foods with my meals helps with my stomach -- I have a weak stomach and I grew up with cystic acne -- acutane did not work and I was on that for 2 years - my acne got worse (less than 1% of kids have that reaction). I found that fermented foods like kimchi, kefir, kombucha, and fermented beets helped not only with my upset stomachs but it also helped heal my acne -- my acne went away.

I swear by this regimen - eat less
