Russia and Ukraine latest: Putin setting up to declare victory

After failed attempts to take Kyiv, Russia has shifted its focus to now capturing eastern Ukraine, where the Kremlin claims to have taken control of 97% of one of the two provinces that make up Ukraine’s Donbas.
