For the weekend before Christmas we booked a late getaway by speedboat to Koh Mak Island.

It's a 50 minute ride from Laem Ngop pier to the island and we stayed at the Mira Montra Beachside Resort.

It's was extremely windy while we were there and surprisingly cold but we found it oh so bracing, kinda reminded me of Skegness as a kid!

In this video we visit a bunch of hotels and resorts on Koh Mak including: Cococape, The Mak and Makathanee.
