Those are rental e-bikes with no pedals that you can rent on an app and ride around the city.

They need to be charged and serviced. They also need to be moved back to the right locations. This is where the WHEELS TRANSPORTER app tells you where to pick them up and drop them off.

My experience was not good at all. I only made around $11 per hour and I had to carry those bikes around and look for places to drop them off.
