15 minute PROGRESSIVE MUSCLE RELAXATION MEDITATION.
In this video, I will guide you through the full process of Progressive Muscle Relaxation. This relaxation meditation is designed for you to focus on where you hold tension, consciously tensing the specific muscle, then consciously relaxing that specific muscle while using your breath to guide you.
The 11hz binaural beat creates an illusion by the brain when you are listening to two tones with slightly different frequencies at the same time. This music promotes Alpha waves; encouraging your brain to focus while being in a relaxed state, reduce stress, encourage positive thinking, increase ability to learn, and improve your ability to engage in activities because you are in a state of flow.
