Fallen Trees, Who's Responsible?

I think this issues is common so I thought I'd answer it! Trees that fall during a storm or no fault of anyone is called acts of gods. The responsibility for damages and tree clean up is on the owner of the property in which it falls onto! If a tree falls into your property contact your insurance company.
