1 - Dumbbell incline chest fly 3x15
2a - Dumbbell incline chest press 3x15
2b (superset) - Dumbbell overhead tricep extension 3x15
3 - Barbell bench press 3x15
4 - Landmine press shoulder to shoulder 3x30
5 - Kettlebell halo 3x15 circles
