Reverse plank to hip tuck
I’m a big fan of movements that have multi benefits and work multi muscle groups because it’s a better use of our time and it’s how our body’s work doing real life activities ( multiple muscle groups working together to accomplish a task )
This movement is strengthening the shoulder muscle group as a whole while working on active range of motion on the front delts which are usually very tight as well as your core both front and back sides. It also helps work toree compression and ham string flexibility.
Also this one kinda looks cool too
