Cold Steel Paradox...why does this exist???

So I have had this knife for a long time and I have never carried this for more than 15 minutes because I realized... well it really doesn't do anything I want in a knife. Its OK... its not the first time I have bought a knife and regretted it, but its definitely the one i remember the most.
