My opinions about four days working system in UK

Hello, there. I heard many youtubers said there's four working day system is currently on six months trial in UK and see if this is really improve employees working efficiency. But it turns out it really fulfill employees health and improve mental health also. You could have enough time to sleep, accompanied with friends or family, having more time doing outgoing activities as well.

This is where you never find it in Hong Kong as well since i was working more than 6 days with loads of overtiming work. I always never agreed to work on seven days but those supervisors don't even care in Hong Kong which is nearly made my mental health nearly on danger or nearly affected the relationship with friends or family as well.

Glad to know i am here in UK and looking for working opportunities and feel what is friendly working environment. In my perosnal view, i absolutely agree to implement four days working system to ensure everyone would improve mental health, efficiency and also save transportation fare as well.
