CHALLENGES OF GETTING AROUND IN THE PHILIPPINES

I just need one product. In order not to wait or get it on the internet, and since I am not fit today for anything else, (no sleep) I will try to hit all the stores and find my product. I leave pretty sure I will not find what I need but, I have a back up plan. I know of a solution and I don't want to trouble my wife to get them. We'll go visit my long lost truck as well.
