In this session, H, Carla, T, and E channel Hatonn, who begins with a story of a man’s ankle attached to a ball and chain - our spirit attached to our body & ego. Hatonn provides help with how we can lighten the load of our respective balls & chains: meditation.

Next, Carla channels Telonn again, the source’s second appearance to the group, who simply states that he is here to express love.

Finally, H tries to channel Oxal, but the remainder of the session is, unfortunately, inaudible.
