The Peacemaker

The Ukrainian website “The Peacemaker” is a list of future victims of the Nazis who are considered be destroyed.
Interestingly, the list is full not only of Ukrainians and Russians, but also of citizens of other countries. Hundreds of people, who were posted there, have been killed for 8 years and their killers have not been punished yet. Is it acceptable that this information about people is posted on this site?
