Striped Shiner Swimbait

The making of a 4-inch swimbait in a striped shiner pattern, PLUS a fun day of catching largemouth pond bass on it!

Homemade wooden swimbait with single joint. The striped shiner pattern is airbrushed with sum fine tipped brush painting for accents. White base coat with a sepia top. Wrapped in netting for scales then heavily painted with pearl white. Accent paints include a center accent of blended copper/gold pearl, pearl white, chartreuse, and 4030 balancing clear. A second striped accent on the body of bronze pearl, neon pink, and pearl white. The top is then sprayed with black pearl followed by pearl silver. Face is accented with a white pearl and blue pearl blend then sprayed over with white pearl. Black accents for scales are hand brushed on.
