My father standing as straight as he can

This is a secret recorded video of my dad, trying to get a drink by himself. As you can see, he can not stand up straight. He was leaning on the counter for over a full minute before I started to record. I love my dad, but there is nothing I can do to truly help him. I try to do everything for him, but he is stubborn and will try and do things for himself, regardless to his much pain he is in. Once again, he is too stubborn, and maybe a little proud, to ever ask for help, but he really needs it. I work full time, but I don't make much money. I try to be there to do everything I can for him, but I can only do so much. He desperately needs a surgery, and could really use a part time nurse or therapist. Someone whom can help him medically. There's no way we can afford this, so again I'm asking for any assistance you can give. If your in the northern Maryland area and know of any specialist for this type of pain, maybe a nurse whom can volunteer or work at a discounted rate for even just an hour a week or so, anything at all that can help him. I don't think he will turn down the help if it arrives, given his situation, but I know he would never ask anyone for help. My mother died from an opioid dependency, brought on from 80+ hour weeks as a postal supervisor. The drug addiction she faced led to their divorce 15 years ago, after multiple rehab stays, she passed away from her drug addiction 3 years ago.
