A Donetsk court issues death sentences for three foreign fighters captured during the siege of Mariupol. The men, two Britons and a Moroccan, had pleaded guilty but plan to appeal the ruling. While the Russian economy rebounds from an initial shock, Western countries are coming to terms with the fallout from their own sanctions against Moscow, amid soaring energy prices and a looming food crisis.
