Dollar Tree Safety Razor & Shave Brush Unboxing & First Impressions

I've built up a collection of several safety razors and shaving brushes over the years and have been content with what I have but I wanted to try out the wet shaving offerings from Dollar Tree after seeing a few people commenting that they sell a double edge razor.
