Part 1 - Using Rust Converter On Fireplace Chimney Chase Cap - Working Without A Net

So my chase cap was rusting really bad and dripping rust down my house. Trying this rust converter to see if it fixes the problem. Working on 32 foot ladder in the wind is challenging.
