Cities Skylines Episode 19: New Japanese District

Hello everyone, and welcome to my new series where I will be building from scratch my new city in Cities Skylines. This episode we have such a need for new residents that we build a new square of homes in a new mixed use area. We also change the theme of the area to Japanese to give it a new, unique feel.
