Scientific Lecture on Controlling Human Brain, Implanting memories, REMOTELY

Scientists have the capability of transferring knowledge, implanting memories, and controlling someone brain. They can hook up someone's brain to another brain and control their activity or transfer information. They have programed yeast cells that can produce any type of DNA and can be inserted into you through hypospray and through needles. They put in a specific gene splicing into one's cell, and it can reproduce and make as much as they like. It tells which portion of the receiver's DNA to unwrap and unfold and produce a product. Related to this is an idea called "DREADDs" (Designer Receptors Exclusively Activated by Designer Drugs)

Which basically are designer are receptors that can be remotely controlled. They can create a cell, put it somewhere in the body, and then remotely activate it. These scientists have the capability of creating any product as long as they know the DNA sequence, they can insert it into a living system, and then remotely control it. And as a result control the way one thinks and they way they act. So now that they have the technology to edit, splice and program a cell, and that technology currently exists, to enter this into somebody, and to go park itself anywhere the administer wants it to park, at will, they can activate it to interact and control someone's brain. Scientists have figured out how to hide imagery in the DNA of bateria and then have the information reproduce in a string in the form of a protein. The new way to hid information is in DNA. They can implant an actual digital photo and the Chinese have implanted a GIF file of a person riding on a horse, into someone's brain. This lecture was posted in June 2018 onto YouTube, and you can bet that more is capable back then, then what was revealed in the lecture, and the science was most likely on a fast track on not stopping as to what they can implant into someone's mind/brain.
