High Romantic Interest To No Response

What it means when a woman seems to show you signs of high romantic interest to no response at all.

In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a viewer who met a woman several months ago with mutual friends who was displaying high levels of attraction and romantic interest. He got her number and she later flaked. A month ago he runs into her again and this time she kept the date. The date went well, but a few days later he texted her to setup a 2nd date and she hasn’t responded.
