One-legged Stabilizing Band Squats

Starting my morning with one legged squats with exercise band -stabilizing exercise — I added 30 + 40 lb bands for assistance. These are really good for isolating knee muscles — Iinjured my right knee playing high school football and these have been my saving grace to avoid surgery — ENJOY your day! ✌️❤️🏄‍♂️🌊
