Epicor announced their acquisition of Data Interchange, a UK-based provider of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) cloud technologies and managed services. Blackbaud kicked off their annual Developers’ Conference. During this event, they highlighted their ongoing investment in Sky API, their open industry standard rest API toolset, the increase of their API endpoints, new self-service tools for technology connectors, including Microsoft Power Platform, the expansion of the Blackbaud Marketplace, and increased importance of multi-factor authentication and easy enabling of single sign-on. Oracle announced their fiscal 2022 fourth quarter and fiscal full year financial results. Total fourth quarter revenue was $11.8 billion, up 5% year-over-year. Total fourth quarter cloud revenue, for IaaS & SaaS, was $2.9 billion, up 19% year-over-year. Fiscal year 2022 total revenues were up 5% to $42.4 billion. Oracle CEO, Safra Catz, stated, “Couple a high growth rate in our cloud infrastructure business with the newly acquired Cerner applications business—and Oracle finds itself in position to deliver stellar revenue growth over the next several quarters.”
