Still plenty to do in Vault 88, but we'll go to get the 'Chemical Research' from Hallucigen for the experiments with Clem before we try to finish the entire Vault.

Not planning on doing a lot of crazy building going forward, I have a practical model that I am using in any new settlements, and I'm trying to keep the building down tunnels for fun thing to a minimum.
