Doing a taste test of the Redcon1 MRE Protein Shake Salted Caramel
In this reviewer I try out one of the popular ready to drink RTD products with the Recon1 MRE protein shake. What I find most interesting about this protein shake is that it has Whole Foods sources coming from beef chicken and brown rice. It's a common that you find protein powders or protein drinks that are made with animal products instead of way but I think that is the term of this drink from Redcon1. It taste really good!
