While you were distracted by the US presidential election, the Chinese Communist Party expelled 4 Hong Kong Pro-Democracy Legislators from the Hong Kong Legislative Council. In solidarity, the remaining 19 Pro-Democracy Legislators announced their resignation. It comes as US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announces more US sanctions on Hong Kong, straining US China relations. Joining me today is Dr. Kwok Ka-Ki, one of the expelled legislators, who is speaking out about what the Chinese Communist Party is doing in Hong Kong and what comes next for Hong Kong protests.
