That Funky Music Goes Round And Round

And now for something completely different as we go way back in time to the days of Big Band calling on Tommy Dorsey and his orchestra to start talking about funky before music was considered funky and then we roll into Wild Cherry and an extended play version of their one hit for all times which always reminds us of Robin Williams riffing off Lawrence Welk trying to be hip.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.
