THE TUBA TOOTER (1932)

A German "ohm-pah" trio is incomplete until Fritz, their tuba player arrives on a boat from overseas. He and his dog (a dachshund) takes a room at a boarding house right below Tom and Jerry, causing havoc. Once the other musicians Join Fritz, the quartet attracts the whole town to come out for a German dance party, until the police arrive to take the "tuba tooter" to jail.
