Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas recently met with Block & Company, Inc. President David M. Block to discuss the mission of turning The Landing Mall into a business accelerator and incubator for minority entrepreneurs to advance and grow their businesses in the Kansas City community.

Proposed plans for The Landing Mall include the repurposing of large unoccupied retail spaces by converting them into shared spaces that would provide minority entrepreneurs with an opportunity to start their own businesses at a much more affordable and higher success rate
