We obtain raw milk from the Amish community here in Missouri and I make yogurt about twice a week for my family. Because it is done with raw milk I have noticed that my children, who tend to be lactose intolerant, do not have digestive problems eating this yogurt instead of the one purchased at the store. I want to share with you the process that I follow for making it.
