There's a global pandemic, markets are crashing, and grocery stores are being emptied out. Needless to say, it's feeling pretty apocalyptic these days. So of course, our attention has turned to the best vehicles suited for this difficult time. We think we found just the thing.

With its ballistic armor, EMP protection, and the same 6.2-liter supercharged V8 that powers the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon tuned to produce over 1,000 horsepower and 870 lb-ft of torque, the 2020 Rezvani Tank is arguably the ultimate armored SUV for the apocalypse. But digital artist Milen Ivanov has envisioned an SUV that's even more bonkers.

He calls his creation the "Armortruck," and if it looks like something that belongs in a Fast & Furious, James Bond, or Blade Runner movie, that's because the artist also designed some of the wild custom cars that featured in the animated Netflix show 'Fast & Furious Spy Racers.'

Shown in detailed renderings, the Armortruck looks menacing thanks to its bulletproof body that's built from steel, Kevlar, carbon fiber and titanium, while the design is inspired by the Tesla Cybertruck, Hummer and Arquus Scarabee. It isn't just the bodywork that's bulletproof either, because the wheels are also designed to be bulletproof, while the glass features a "multilayer special material that is incredibly strong." The artist has also equipped the Armortruck with thermal night vision and even a roof based oxygen regeneration and filtering system, against viruses.

As for the powertrain, the artist envisions the Armortruck as a hybrid SUV with a 1,000-hp combustion engine and a 1,000-hp electric powertrain that produces a combined 2,000 horsepower.
