Dear Pastor Bob: Something happened to me this Sunday that I would like your opinion about. You've been talking about "night watch" and that God can speak through the alarm clock by using the time as a reference to a Bible verse. I took a small nap before the service on Sunday and I woke up from some sort of "whispering noise" close to my right ear. I fell asleep again and woke up to the same noise. The second time that happened I looked at the clock to see if God was trying to say something. The clock said 13:11... so I checked and landed on Romans 13:11 "And do this, understanding the present time: The hour has already come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed." I read some commentaries about this passage and some states that it has to do with revival of some sort... to not get too comfortable in your faith and fall asleep. My thoughts lately have been on how to present the gospel in a new and fresh way... What's your take? Could this be God trying to tell me something?
