Voting machine programmer testifies infront of congress.

Back in 2001 before they first started stealing elections with electronic voting machines, this programmer testified infront of congress that he had been asked by his employer to rig the machines. He goes on to explain how easy it is for anyone to do so undetected without anyone ever knowing.
No actions were ever taken by congress or any law enforcement agency.
