A few years ago some horse-mounted Border Patrol agents used horses in an attempt to stop invaders coming into the country.

Biden immediately shouted that the agents were whipping migrants. - Spoiler alert - they didn't and were cleared of all charges.

However, Biden's administration will not let it go and they are still trying to prosecute them through various means.
